Life is full of baggage. Emotional, physical, and spiritual (I know, I was raised by a very strict Catholic grandma) Standing 5ft tall, weighing maybe 100lbs, growing up in the projcts of Brooklyn those baggages can weigh me down. I needed to unload. The decisions I make are never based soley on what is in front of me, but what I have inside. That is why I decided to clean up the inside of me to help others on the outside. By nourishing my body, mind and spirit I am able to be true to my dharma and teach yoga, nutrition, and exercise to help this new epidemic of poor health.
I created Joulebody when I was doing just that, stepping outside of comfort and cleaning up my act. It has been turbulant yet rewarding journey. I’ve met amazing people on the way and have choosen to keep it that way. My thoughts will be only the positive side — so if you are a glass half empty this may make you want to throw up!
Posting my journey is something I want to experience with the world because it is full of recipes for food and life. I live in philosophy, meaning when I expereince something I believe it to be for a reason.
I want to make Joulebody the most successful, franchisable Lifestyle Managment Company on the Planet, or at least the East Coast.
If you care to see it unfold, please follow me. I promise I will make it worth your while. Whether it’s the recipes I offer up or the insights in starting a business and creating a franchise, all will be what I hope a positive enlightening experience.
Here’s to consciousness.
